Prototype Temperature Measurement in High Pressure and Temperature Systems
Design and development of a device capable of measuring the temperature inside the hyperbaric chamber of the high pressure equipment (6000 bar and 130 ºC).
This measurement allows to interact in the process, in real time or with a delay cycle. In this way, it is possible to manage the current uncertainty that exists in relation to this new form of food sterilization, based on a combined pressure and temperature treatment.
