“Research is to see what everybody else has seen, and think what nobody has though”. (Albert Szent-Györgyi)
This research area works with several technologies that allow handling massive amounts of data coming from heterogeneous origins.
These technologies include: Machine Learning, Big Data and Data Science, Blockchain and Neural Netwroks among others.
Simulation and Virtual Reality techniques take the user into a space-temporal journey and allow him, among other uses: training in military and high-risk environments, handling industrial machinery and non-regular vehicles and using augmented virtual-reality for sightseeing and visiting museums or heritage.
Achieving mobilization and participation of all sectors, especially the industrial one, in order to work on increasing the overall competitiveness of production sectors and to facilitate compliance with both national and international environmental commitments.
