The main objective of this research project is to obtain and process polymeric materials from new formulations, which allow to increase the structural and/or aesthetic functionality as well as the specific thermomechanical performance, in terms of weight and cost, of parts and components aimed at the automotive industry. To do this, it is necessary to design new formulations of polymeric materials that allow the production of raw materials with a higher content of recycled material, without sacrificing their performance in service, to contribute to reducing the cost of components, the revaluation of waste and thus greater environmental sustainability.
