Proactive maintenance of unique remote machines
National Project
File: IPT-2011-1265-020000
The objective of the PROMARE project is to provide tools that enable capital goods manufacturers to carry out proactive maintenance of machines once they have been installed in their customers’ factories. This will allow them to offer a remote maintenance service of their machines and to use the information of their machines in production for a redesign of those parts that they consider critical.
With the remote maintenance system, the machine manufacturer will have access to all production information, making it easier for him to determine the specific problems of each of his customers.
Duration: 2011 a 2013
The project has been subsidized by the Ministry of Science and Innovation, and co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the European Union (EU) within the LIA program of articulation and internationalization of the system.
