Hiperbaric
Hiperbaric designs, manufactures and commercialises High Pressure Processing equipment (HPP, High Pressure Processing) for the food industry since 1999. Hiperbaric is a spin-off of Grupo Nicolás Correa (Nicolás Correa Group), a company with more than 65 years of experience in the development and manufacturing of heavy machinery.
ITCL has collaborated with Hiperbaric in the design of a temperature measuring device for the hyperbaric chamber of high pressure equipment (6000 bar 130 Cº).
The device also features wireless communication, which greatly simplifies the
data gathering process.
This allows Hiperbaric to manage the existing uncertainty of temperature variation as a consequence of the pressure increase in the novel High Pressure Processing food sterilisation.
