Bajamar decided to collaborate with ITCL towards applying an specific energy saving solution for cooling equipment control and management.

After an exhaustive data gathering process, a computational model of the manufacturing process and auxiliary services were built.
Advanced simulation techniques allowed the detection of optimal control parameters in order to achieve higher energy efficiency ratios for the cooling equipment.
The application of innovative control strategies has allowed Bajamar to raised their average COP a 100%.
Our solution allowed Bajamar to achieve high-energy savings (around a 40%) recovering the initial investment in less than 6 months.
