Description: This invention proposes a method and system for optimising energy efficiency in industrial refrigeration installations. To this end, the proposed solution carries out a series of tasks which, based on the values of the system’s operating variables over a previous interval and an estimate of the flow rate, calculate what the values of certain operating parameters of the system’s equipment (for example, the condensing pressure) should be in order to optimise the system’s energy efficiency, whilst maintaining the required cooling capacity.
